  • What should I do if prayer times look wrong?

    Check your selected calculation method, location access, time zone, and device date settings. Prayer times can differ between apps or mosques because calculation methods and regional conventions vary. If the time still looks wrong, send the city, selected settings, and the prayer time that appears incorrect.

  • What should I do if the Qibla direction seems incorrect?

    Make sure location access is enabled and move away from magnetic interference such as metal surfaces, speakers, chargers, or vehicles. Recalibrate your device if needed. If the issue continues, include your city, device model, and what the compass is showing.

  • What should I do if reminders are not appearing?

    Check that notifications are enabled for RUKN in your device settings and that the reminder is enabled inside the app. Focus modes, battery settings, and notification schedules may also affect reminders.

  • How do I report incorrect Quran, dua, Hadith, or calendar content?

    Send the exact section, title, reference, verse, Hadith, dua, or date involved, and explain what appears incorrect. Include a screenshot if it helps us locate the issue.

  • How do I ask about privacy or permissions?

    Use Support for questions about location access, notifications, iCloud sync, local data, or privacy-related requests. Include the permission or feature involved and what you are trying to understand or change.
